Ingredients:

Mottolini "La Fassona" Bresaola, chopped to a tartare. Oil, lime, chives and a dash of pepper. Complete with Bitto cheese soufflé, Grana di Grosio cheese froth, pearls of Scimudin cheese and Casera cheese "sciatt" fritters.
