Various hindquarter beef cuts are used for a product available in a variety of small piece sizes, including the classical thick slice or the net-packed product. The same raw material but for different uses.

Deboned European pork leg heart meat is processed by hand in the traditional Valtellina way for a unique product available in small sizes.
