Ingredients:

Finely sliced potatoes, salted and cooked in the microwave at maximum power for 3 minutes. These crispy potatoes are arranged in layers and filled with finely sliced Valtellina PGI Bresaola. Garnish with Shiso and bladder campion sauce.
