We close the year, as is tradition, with a review of what 2023 has in store for our company. To do so, we rely on the words of our Sales Director Emilio Mottolini, who sums up what has been and gives us an outlook on what could be the dynamics of a 2024 that is now just around the corner.
Anuga 2023 exceeded expectations, reaffirming its position as the world's leading food and beverage trade fair. Mottolini was present with its entire sales force and the stand attracted a large number of visitors from all over the world.

La Chianina and L'Irlandese, the new Mottolini bresaola varieties, made a successful debut at TuttoFood 2023. This year's edition of TuttoFood, the prestigious international food fair, witnessed exceptional participation from producers and companies. In particular, Salumificio Mottolini, a leader in the production of high-quality bresaola and cured meats, achieved remarkable success during the event.
